Sorry to bump and whatnot, but I like this idea and I have a concept that makes burgers amazing. When making burgers on a grill or stove, do the following -When first making the pattie mixture, handle the meat AS LITTE as possible. -Season only with salt and pepper -During grilling DO NOT SMASH THE MEAT!!!! -Flip the burger only ONCE. And the burger that comes out will be the best that you have ever eaten.
