i disagree with the rut idea.... depression is not just a rut...hmmm, let's go to walmart and i'll be happy again...i don't think so. depression is real and the percentage of americans who have it is well, depressing. do you go to church? do you have some sort of faith? you can try this if you want to: it's a depression natural remedy.
