I agree the Halo 4 campaign was excellent. The music was excellent and the graphics are excellent
BUT, the multiplayer made me put the game on craigslist after I was done with the campaign.
- Sharks vs. Stingrays though?
- grenades the power and sound
- weapon drops
- nerfed DMR
- Over Powered weapons
- Kills were more satisfying in Reach.[/quote]
Nerfed DMR? Are you joking, it needs to get nerfed. The goal was to eliminate AIO weapons, all the DMR did was -blam!- at everything now. There are like 20 threads on waypoint -blam!-ing about it. Although the carbine is even better, most people just haven't used it ;)
Grenades needed a tone down in reach. If you can place grenades, you can still strip shields.
Weapons are just faster now, more like h2 except without a one-gun-beats all. It's a faster paced game, reach was just slow.
Kills being more satisfying? Sounds like someone entered the series late and has the reach syndrome. Do you miss the grunt birthday party or something?
And for sharks vs stingrays, get over it. It's a design flair to not have red and blue boxes in the game start. At least it looks 'punk'.
Weapons do sound like -blam!- though. Go into a game with active camo and a carbine, activate camo, fire carbine. X Wings!
The grass is always greener. No one will ever be happy with something new.
