Yes, except that the vast majority of stupid people don't know they're stupid. And then you have the problem that everybody, at some point during the day, is an idiot. Many of you manage to operate motor vehicles without killing people, but at the same time, but batteries in the gameboy backwards and wonder why it doesn't work. No, the solution to stupid people isn't getting rid of them. The solution is to improve your intelligence by figuring out ways of making fun of them without them realizing it or getting in trouble with the moderators. :)
