coylter - please understand that this is a highly subjective contest here... The honorable mention avatars are ones that all received votes and points but not quite enough to make it into the top tier. It really boiled down to the personal tastes of all our judges which is what made judging so difficult. Yes, yours does look nice, but unfortunately for one reason or another it wasn't voted on by our judging panel. Don't fret, we will definitely have plenty more contests in the future and based on the level of interest in this particular contest, I can easily see another avatar competition not too far down the road.
