Ya know, this is getting out of hand. Can anyone really claim to know the cause of the "war"? Some may say the purpose of this war is the flaiming that occured awhile ago. Trust me when I say this: The purpose of war is to serve itself. We may fight to resolve this conflict but rest assured, after all the battles and engagements, even when a clear victor has been decided, the true enemy will remain. The true enemy is war itself...war cannot be distroyed. But sitting here a watching our two clans distroy eachother is stupid. Halo 2 is [b]FIVE MONTHS[/b] away from release (oh sweet release) and were already at each otheres throats. Now in the real world, some say that diplomats and soldiers are two breeds that cannot act as both. Our founder, fencer505 and IceDrgn have obviously failed to end this "conflict" with words. So now its on to the battle field. On to the battle field. LMAO! I have full belief in the fact that a vast majority of the clan members dont even know what is transpireing! Given that, once again, a war will be fought by men who dont even know why they fight (note: the purpose of fighting in a clan is to have fun...this is a far cry from what we have here). Yeah I bet we'll have our war. IF they want war, we'll have war and blow em all to hell. But I'd rather go down [i][b]myself[/i][/b] than get this one wrong. War is a terrible and un-holy thing. Fortuanately, we won't have to see it (except those here who are actually thinking about a career in the military, myself included). The same applies in the "clan world." At this point I have no idea who said it, I don't care...all that matters is that this point was made: [color=red][b]THIS IS A GAME AND THIS WAR IS POINTLESS. THE ONLY THING IT IS GOING TO DO IS TEAR APPART OUR CLANS[/color][/b]. So please, can't we just realize that this is just a game and accept it that as much? Yeah, you can have your alliances and such, but turing this thing into the Cuban Missle Crisis of Clan Gaming is stupid. Play the [i]game[/i].
