Bullet time
In the books the Spartans has unbelievably fast reaction times. They were able to occasionaly dodge bullets. What if in H2 you were able to dodge bullets when your adrenaline spiked. This would be bad ass.

i agree there is really no need for bullet time and i think a major change in halo like that would mess up the gameplay that everyone loves. i just wish they had a speed option in general. i wish you could speed up the gameplay or slow it down, i find running across a large level is very dangerous when you cant hide behind everything and your forced to jump like you have just as much gravity as if you were on the moon.
