This effect could have easily been accomplished with dry ice. Dry ice is much safer because 1) you can see it 2) you can contain it in such a way that it cannot be consumed. You shouldn't serve someone a drink that could be harmful. It's like serving someone a flaming shot. You're just asking for a disaster, but what is worse, vapor looks much more innocuous and does not speak to primal danger of FIRE HOT.
