Regarding it entering another system, It'll never start transmitting again, but it [i]does[/i] contain the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voyager_Golden_Record]Golden Record.[/url] [/quote] It's powered by a [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radioisotope_thermoelectric_generator]RTG.[/url] Eventually, whatever radioactive isotope that it's using will decay to the point that it'll no longer produce a sufficient amount of energy to power the probe.
