Sigh. The few (and ONLY) good rebels were the guys who -blam!- were true to the plan. Aka, the guys who disappeared to asteroid bases and STAYED THERE. You know, not bombing, not even inter--blam!--acting with the UNSC. The BULK MAJORITY of the rebels were terrorists killing for the lulz. As Jorge said. "Colonial self-rule, Go for it. nuke civilians to get that goal? You deserve to die." Pretty much, the guys who wanted to be left alone (aka, the rebel goal. Being left to rule themselves), are the ones we don't hear much of because they disappeared, and were promptly left alone because not only did the UNSC have to track them, they weren't making themselves giant threats.
