I don't care if it's a 'performance' or not, I'm not interested anymore even though I didn't mind some of his early songs. What I have heard on TV from his newer stuff it's basically the same thing over and over anyway. But to me that's rap in general. Maybe some underground guys have something new to say but the popular rap stars say nothing in as many words as possible. It's been the same stuff for the past 10 years. When Wu-Tang came out it seemed fresh and new, ninjas and kung-fu. Tribe Called Quest kept it real..
