I don't get this claim, where is the proof in this. I'm certain that people *don't choose to be gay but are influenced early on or most of their life to become gay. I don't *believe people are born gay.
*Edit.
Also, if people are born gay, how come I have not seen/heard of gay animals? It can't only affect humans.
-
Not worth it.
-
Successful Troll is successful.
-
My Uncle has 3 other brothers, all brought up broadly the same. He is gay, they are not. Also animals do gay stuff to eachother all the time.
-
Some People on this thread are -blam!-ed up, why compare your self to animals there happy enough rolling in dirt and sticking there noises in shit ... so if an animal is "gay" your wrong .if you think this then your retard because animals don't choose to be gay and will never believe there gay! they only make mistakes and maybe get confused with what there blaming because animals are stupid not all but some, if you want to compare smart humans that are gay to stupid animals that are stupid then you go a head
-
Many animals exhibit homosexuality...

Edited by Coup de Grace: 1/22/2013 9:19:09 PMIt's practically impossible to be born either way- You don't come out of the womb attracted to either gender. Being gay is a personal preference, but you don't always choose what your preferences are
-
I woke up this one morning and suddenly decided "You know, I think I'm going to love dick from now on". Sounds reasonable.
-
Edited by JFKES: 1/22/2013 9:52:28 PMThere are gay animals. Being gay isn't a choice. There are genetic factors defiantly involved, but upbringing also has a part to play (along with many other things).
-
A) Animals commonly display homosexual tendencies. B) Oedipus/Electra complex.
-
It's a choice. Something in their life happened and they went that route. Not born that way.
-
It's easier to assume you're not serious than to respond seriously to this kind of stupidity.
-
Because girls have cooties until age 18?
-
Or people could just, you know, learn to not give a shit.
-
Wow..That's a long list of animals NOT practicing homosexual behavior... its a good thing you don't believe that there is any biological evidence supporting someone could be born gay... dumbass

Edited by EvilTaffyapple: 1/22/2013 2:04:00 PMOne of my close friends is gay. He has know since he was young enough to have "those" feelings for people. Sure, he has had straight sexual encounters, but he knew whilst he was doing it that it was wrong for him, and he was doing it to validate his pre-existing gay feelings. So there. > MFW it's the first time I've posted the word gay in 7+ years and actually seen what I have written as opposed to -blam!-
-
Edited by Wyldfyre: 1/22/2013 8:06:53 PMI love how everyone always blows away the voice of the actual gay/bi/lez community when it comes to this issue. Because, you know, obviously straight people know more about gay/bi/lez people than those people do about themselves.

Gay animals happen all the time. You haven't heard of them because you're a silly little 14-/15-year-old who doesn't know a lot about the world yet (at the risk of sounding like an ironically elitist 17-year-old). Male dolphins -blam!- other male dolphins in the blow-hole all the time. That's not a stupid animal mistaking a male for a female and accidentally mistaking a butt for a vagina. That's gay. Also, the overwhelming amount of anecdotal evidence from gay people who constantly say things like "I'm gay and I always have been" or "I've known since I was a kid". I can never think of one time I've heard of someone who's said "Oh yeah I've been gay since that day I went into the locker room after swimming class in 9th grade and all those penises just made me flush red with desire; I knew I had to have them."
-
Because they are.
-
Because the sexuality of someone is based by their hormones during the development in the fetus. That's why they're born it.
-
There are animals that practice homosexuality. http://www.news-medical.net/news/2006/10/23/20718.aspx

Uh, first of all it isn't a disease it can't "affect" Humans. The background on whether same-gender orientations are decided upon birth is long and debated. If someone feels they have been with that kind of sexual desire since the earliest then by all means it's within their own right to claim so. There are cases where animals of the same genders might have certain things, but animals are different.

Well, couldn't pass this thread up.

This thread is full of fail.

Edited by MeechVII: 1/22/2013 6:40:49 AMI have a couple of gay friends that tell me they've always felt attracted to people of the same sex. I don't really need more proof than that. It's not my business anyways. Edit: There's a ton of evidence for homosexuality occurring in animals. Introduce yourself to google.

I don't believe people are born straight
