While I know that we have stickies that these people should go to and read, it is obvious that not everyone is seeing these, as evidenced by the fact that people are still making the "I am new" threads. I believe that it would be good to make a standardized respons to these, one that will help the new members rather than flaming them for posting in the wrong place, using the N word, etc. If you have any ways to improve upon my idea, then simply quote mine and change the words.
