Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is probably my favorite. I didn't have a lot for my PS1 besides that and Crash and Spyro games though. I am currently playing through Vagrant Story whenever I get the time to, and I'm really enjoying it. After that I have Breath of Fire IV and the Persona 2 games.
