Depends on what interface you prefer and any required applications. I prefer OS X's interface because of the global menubar, application sorting instead of window sorting, etc... Its integrated PDF handling comes in handy, as well as it's BSD userland. It can be annoying with the limited game support, but I just boot into Windows for that. Most of my time is spent doing other work anyway.
