Time/File size maths question
I'm trying to upload a video to youtube ATM and it currently says its gonna take around 3600 minutes to upload, which equates to almost 3 days and I really cba to wait that long for one video.
The file size is of the video is around 21GB, which equals 21000MB. Now going on a 1MB a second upload speed that would take 21000 seconds to render, which is 350 minutes or almost 6 hours.
Now 3600 minutes is just over 10x 350, so I worked out that the video is uploading at 0.1MB per second.
Is that correct?

Better of going on Speedtest.net and figuring out your internet speed. You haven't considered that your internet speed will fluctuate up and down especially if your uploading wirelessly so its not always going to be that amount of time/speed, especially at night.
