US DJ - Take our guns away and 1776 will happen again

So, don't you guys have anybody better to stand up for guns? So far you have this guy and the Pro-gun lobby guys?
Also the woman who got got shot in the face a year or so ago is trying to get rid of gun violence. So right now there doesn't seem to be a decent argument or rational thought coming from the US media as to why the guns should stay.
Would you join this so called "Revolution"? Should people like this DJ be listened to?

I -blam!- hate America sometimes. People are afraid the government will take away their "freedoms", so they go out and buy guns instead of voting, which will make a bigger difference. US citizens enjoy more freedoms than 99% of countries. It's a little -blam!- ridiculous that these idiots threaten revolution because a lot of America, not just the government, want to [i]control[/i] guns sales more, not outright ban them. Patriot Act that limits [i]everyone's[/i] freedoms and gives the Federal Government almost unlimited power if a person is deemed a terrorist? Sure. Trying to limit the sale of assault rifles to help prevent more mass shootings? Nope. [Edited on 01.08.2013 11:18 AM PST]
