If your not into programming or coding or any of that. Like let's say you won't to be on the story board, or be a play tester, and do all that without experience with another company, like how hard is it to get into the industry as a beginner?

Play testing is hard as -blam!- and not nearly as fun as you might think. And just looking at Bungie's criteria, you either need to have a crazy as -blam!- portfolio, be some kinda crazy-ass loose-canon prodigy type -blam!-, or have experience at some other place. At least a year or two. Unless you're starting your own company (not as fun as it sounds), joining an indie company (not a lot of money; long hours), or joining a large corporation (you will be one of thousands of people so the difficulty of standing out and getting noticed by superiors and/or moving up the positional food chain is high as -blam!-), you better count on needing one of the three aforementioned qualities.
