I always say "Long-story-short", so this time I will go a bit in depth.
My brother and I are Star Wars nerds. Ever since we first started getting into the fiction, we have been huge mandolorian fans. We played a bunch of the games like KOTOR, BF, and Republic Commando. We also liked Bioncles and watched all the movies and bought the toys(who didn't).
So, my brother and I started building and naming our own Bioncles like any lego-loving kid would. One day my brother made a Matoran and named it "Jolaz". He did this because he had heard some of the Bioncle makers named the Matoran by combining their own first and last names. I followed suit, and named one "Isloc".
As we aged, we started becoming Star Wars nerds again and made up our own fake bounty hunters. They were based off of us, so we used the previous Matoran names because they contained our own real names. In our fiction, they were descendants of the KOTOR character "Bendak Starkiller", hence the last name. One of my brother's friends actually wrote a book that at one point featured "Jolaz Starkiller".
I later got into online gaming, and remembered that this "Isloc Starkiller" character was supposed to be a bad***. I used that as my XBL gamertag when "Halo Warrior" was already used.
I am no longer such an in-depth Star Wars nerd, but the name stuck for me for usernames, as it is quite unique.
