It would be an understatement to say it's been a long time. Ages, in fact, are what it's been since I departed the forums as a regular to pursue other things. Now that some time has passed I found myself drawn once again to the online community that I grew up around and came to know and love. The Halo series was what brought me here, and like many I am sad to see the series leave the hands of Bungie. I'm sure great things are to come. However, I can't help but feel in the dark about many things here. As I said, it's been a very long time. Understandably I've missed many memorable and not so memorable moments, and it's unfortunate that I couldn't be there. So I'm asking you guys, the Bungie community to help get me back up to speed. What have I missed? I'm just now trying to catch up on what "Destiny" is and I must say, the prospect has me very excited.
