CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR ODST OWNERS?BUYERS
I have wrote up a case of damages done by bungie that I will file in king county court on monday. It states that bungie included the beta for reach in the purcheses of ODST. Anyone who spent $60 dollars and didnt get the access to the beta when it came out( 4/29/2010 )desirves a refund of some degree. Join me I will pay for the hole thing I just need signtures for the final report so we know how many people they owe.

Is the OP for real, Im mean I have read some things but, just wow. Its a beta many's a developer don't even give access to one but Bungie was generous enough to and you try to throw this crap at them? ODST was a great game I enjoyed it and I bought it for the game itself, the beta invite is an nice bonus as where the map packs. So your trying to sue over a kind offer? Grow up.
