CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR ODST OWNERS?BUYERS
I have wrote up a case of damages done by bungie that I will file in king county court on monday. It states that bungie included the beta for reach in the purcheses of ODST. Anyone who spent $60 dollars and didnt get the access to the beta when it came out( 4/29/2010 )desirves a refund of some degree. Join me I will pay for the hole thing I just need signtures for the final report so we know how many people they owe.

Wow, this will totally not work at all. I'm pretty sure that when you bought ODST, you realized that you will, for certain, be able to download and play it on May 3rd. That was the official date. These are just "early access codes". You will only be able to even stand a chance with these guys if you were, by some strange cataclysmic turn of events at Bungie or Microsoft HQ, unable to download or enjoy the beta through ODST on the 3rd of May.
