When Do You Think 343 Will Reintroduce The Flood?

As we all know The Flood are an integral part of the Halo Universe, I was surprised that they weren't featured in Halo 4 to be honest.
When do you think we'll see them?

If after everything we have done throughout the games and books the flood wins Ill be royally pissed off. That will be grounds to overthrow 343. Maybe sue Microsoft for wasted time?
