It is obvious that members of the seventh column can get to a place of prestige such as the Ninjas, but no member can gain the power of a Bungie employee without...well...becoming a Bungie employee. On that note it got me thinking.
How many community members have followed their passion for games, gained a profession in the industry and with the proper amount of experience points, applied and got offered a place at Bungie Studios?
How many of you (the current community members) are training/planning to train yourselves in the gaming industry? After a couple years will you apply to Bungie?
What profession are you/would you be filling?
This is not aimed just at the people training. Anyone who dreams or thinks about it.....What would you want to do in the gaming industry
Posted by: JScientia13 So there are seven steps to getting in and I am on step 4... Step 1: Become fan_check Step 2: Complete high school_check Step 3: Pick field_check Step 4: Acquire a college degree_in progress Step 5: Pick job from openings_not yet started Step 6: Apply_not yet started Step 7: Pass interview_not yet started
Assuming that this is a linear process and that the latter stages are not cyclical in nature.
