That game was The Phantom Pain, a game that appears to be a survival horror game. While MGS did have some supernatural elements present it was not like this game. If anything, the trailer made me think 'FEAR' before MGS. Another point. The protagonist might have similar facial hair to both Snake and Naked Snake, he might be seen crawling allot too...
