Do join dates connect to member quality?
I think the phrase has changed from 0'4 or bust to 0'9 are the more quality members. Look around you folks, 0'9s are obviously the better members now. Do you think the join date has direct correlation to member quality-ness?

In a lot of cases an older join date can usually indicate that a member has been around longer, therefor (usually) has more knowledge. But in other cases, members tend to make alts or new accounts. So not 'do,' but 'can.'
