Simple enough flood, we create a short news story that is absolutely ridiculous, silly, or just plain stupid. The more creative the better!

Reports from the Kansas City plaza say that two women dressed as police officers high on cocaine chased around pedestrians wielding pool noodles. They are now incarcerated
