is tonight the night for Destiny?
Tonight is the VGA's (9 pm EST, Spike) and from a business standpoint it would be smart for bungie to have a trailer for Destiny. It would be good to start building hype for the game and since this is the last major event for a while Bungie should show something.
I for one think they will show a trailer. What do you guys think?

It's very possible indeed, but you never know they could have other plans. If they do, a teaser would be great also.

well if they aren't there its stupid on their part. game is suppose to come out next fall and not even a trailer yet. total fail if there isnt one before next year

I'd be careful on how much you buy into concepts specifically, outside a general theme/feel for the game.

I know Bungie tweeted that, but here is wishful thinking, and why I think it... - The most recent "leak" caused a pretty big change to Bungie.net's main page, very strange. - The nature of the response to the leak "We weren't quite ready, but we will be soon.." This was a little different then what they typically say - The Geoff Keighley tweet - Plus today is December 7th. What better day, the 7TH! I'm guessing, Bungie Logo, black screen, voice over, quick gameplay shots in engine, then Destiny logo

i would love for the trailer to be the last thing. after they announce game of the year geoff goes we have one last thing. the place goes dark. trailer goes on and ends with logo of bungie and game

i think its a huge mistake on bungies part. they're releasing a new ip this last bc lets be honest its going to sell more on this generation of consoles then the next. yet the game is most likely less then a year away and what we've seen has been because of leaks and its just concept art. bungie should be building the hype. their marketing people and activisions aren't playing it smart here.

Dang I wished they showed up at the VGA's... never have I been so eager to see a new game from Bungie that isn't Halo related.
