Seeing as swallows are one of the most aerodynamic of all avian creatures I can assume they can reach a rather high unladen velocity! maybe as much as 15m/s! if they have the proper conditions of course. Any Marine specwar/specops path is hard as hell, and if you haven't begun training months in advance of boot camp, you won't make it.
