Lost Halo 2 Disk.

Well, I've really done it. I've managed to lose my H2V disk. Anyone know where I could get the installer on the internet? I still have my CD key by some amazing stroke of luck.

  • You wont be getting help finding a pirated copy around here. Since you have the key you can call Microsoft and request a replacement.

  • Actually, I just found my disk. Outside of the case and covered in dust, but no worse for wear.

  • Just pirate the iso, as long as you have the cd key I don't think anyone would really care.

  • Funny thing about what you're saying. I called GFWL support about my Halo 2 that i had to help me resolve some issues. This is what the rep told me. "You called the right place, and you're talking to the right person. However, unfortunately Microsoft no longer supports Halo 2 Vista online, or by phone. The problem that you're having is not a problem that we can help you with because, as far as Microsoft is concerned, Halo 2 Vista no longer exists. That being said, you can get the game to work BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. The game is rightfully yours, you bought it, and you have every right to do whatever it takes to get it to work. No one can stop you." Since im on here, and since im new. I cant seem to find the "post topic" button lol, so ill ask for assistance here. Ive used my H2V cd key multiple times becuase of clean installs of windows on my machine. However, now when i try installing H2V, and i insert the activation key, the game starts up alright but LIVE and network buttons are not clickable. Is there any fix to this?
