So, I've been wanting to get a tattoo for the past year with something related to gaming for my first one. But I wanted something subtle that I would be content with.
Because Bungie is my favourite developer and has had such a massive influence in my life like meeting some of the most awesome people who will be lifelong friends. I decided that a Bungie Tattoo would be appropriate.
So last night before me and some friends went out we all decided to get a tattoo. So I showed the artist the design I wanted. However the Coat of Arms wasn't going to turn out how I hoped, so I went with a 7th Column.

So thanks Bungie for the past 10 years of being such a major positive influence.

Cool tattoo I'd never get one about a video game developer or anything related to video games, though. Heck, I'd probably never get a tattoo :/
-
Very cool tattoo.
-
I spot a mistake. There needs to be more edges on the columns located on the inner ring.
-
Cool.
-
Is this on your arm or leg? Also, nice tat.
-
Very nice!
Posted by: Verachi Now Bungie will be with you 24/7. The seventh column is good since it looks interesting and people have no idea what it is.
More like 77/7
-
That is awesome.
-
Sweet looks good!
-
now.............its official ;)

I'm glad you have a tattoo that has some meaning to you and isn't just for some dumb reason to look cool, like most people I know who want a tattoo. And it looks pretty good!
Posted by: ARBITOR 5 Awesome. If I ever did have one it would be a septagon.
This. I think it's unknown enough to look like some sool symbol you got but recogniseable enough so that you'll spark a conversation with a Bungie/Halo fan when they see it.

It's... it's beautiful!
Posted by: coolmike699 Um... yeah, I'll be limiting my on-body product placement to my clothes, thanks. But hey, to each his own.
I concur. Maybe if it were to have been small and inconspicuous, but even then, I probably would not get one. [Edited on 09.30.2012 9:56 PM PDT]
Posted by: Anathema 50 years into the future.
I'm more worried for my brother and his Pirate ship in 50 years more so than I am about my 7th column.

If I'm ever permitted to have my Karate club's emblem as a tattoo, then I might get a Seventh Column on the top of my other arm, to balance things out. Unlikely though, needles scare me. [Edited on 09.30.2012 8:30 PM PDT]

That's cool. I don't think I will ever get a tattoo. [Edited on 09.30.2012 5:56 PM PDT]

I have to say, in 50 years, who the hell cares? At 70 years of age, I sure as hell wont care what it looks like, I'll be too damn busy being old.
Posted by: Lobster Fish 2 50 years of awesome ink.
Posted by: Anathema 50 years into the future.

Very nice.

50 years into the future.

That looks nice. I am thinking of getting the 7th column too.

Now I want one lol
Posted by: sacktapped Sweet. Now we are twins! Did you get it on your left forearm?
I got it on my right forearm. I find the healing process more painful than the actual process.
Posted by: Saint of Taint Nice tattoo but immediately regretted scrolling through the remainder of your photos.
The third picture is pretty epic imo.
