How about having her all anime like, with the bouncy body and cute anime girl eyes. Like all the characters in sailor moon they do some transformation. SO...after your sailor character transforms, she is wearing Mjolnir armor.

MJOLNIR armour would help get that "Halo" feel. However MJOLNIR covers the whole body. No exceptions. The Assualt rifle would help as well.
