Yes, it was part of what made Halo 2s story so good

Absolutely. It got really terrifying on Flood levels and unpleasant on Brute levels but fighting the Heretics was great.

Yes, but I didn't really care for all of the Flood levels that I had to play through by playing as the Arbiter.

Yes. I saw another side of the story which was fun to explore. Off-topic: I never played much of the Halo 2 multiplayer, can anyone tell me how to sword fly? Youtube videos aren't helpful at all. [Edited on 08.13.2012 8:26 PM PDT]

I actually thought getting the play another side in the Halo universe made you see the Covenant's point of view on their sacred religious journey, their eventual demise, and the Arbiter's transformation from being a simple pet of the Prophets, to seeing past the lies and making his stand to stop the ring firings. I think having the Arbiter's side of the game made Halo 2 the best campaign yet by Bungie.

I think it's the most interesting and well done campaign of the series mostly for that reason. The Arbiter and elites are just awesome. :)

It was a great experience seeing the story develop from the Arbiter's perspective, especially the missions sacred icon, quarantine zone, and uprising.

Go close enough to a friend that the reticle for the rocket turns red without zooming in. Be sure to have an empty rocket launcher. 3. Fire and Press Y and X at the same time. 4. If this fails, spam Y and trigger, while pressing X. Eventually, you will get it.

No, especially that chase level. It was tedious and unnecessary.

Yes, definitely. I disliked having to constantly play Flood-based levels though; wasn't as interesting as Covenant fights.
