My Little Pony (Arbiter) [COMPLETED]
Lonewolfkay has finally completed the Arbiter.

Looks great! As for your question, I personally wouldn't join if it was solely for a fan base. Maybe think of starting a group for people to share their artwork. Then I'd join.
