I'm tempted, but I don't trust it.

yeah, they are up now on the bungie store and amazon from the bungie store now. I ordered mine through the amazon store sold buy the bungie store. I received a confirmation email from amazon and an order number. I believe I'm good.

Bungie Tweets also posted a link to their store, the swag bag page was the one seperate from the original swag bag page. Therefore, it was legitimate.
