They were waiting for the announcement of the new iPhone, which turned out to be the iPhone 4S, so they wouldn't come out with something, and have it not work for the next platform or not implement one of the new features for the phone a couple of weeks later after they released it. Which I guess was a good plan if something happpened, but it turns out for games, there was nothing really implemented for the new iPhone to make games that much more fun.[/quote] Nah, HBS (or at least the team members) have developed enough iOS gear to be in the know ... even most home developers would be connected enough through forums and previews to know what was in it for them. Plus it would have been stupid to lock it into new model features ... "[i]we have release the re-vamped CSP, but you have to upgrade your phone for it to run[/i]" - lol. Dont think any app developer would be that short sighted. Suspect it may be bungie trying to create some more noise around the aerospace name ... trying to get more than the one title on its "[i]publisher[/i]" books before the 2 year anniversary. Either that or bungie exerting control over HBS to follow the old ODST/H3 marketing plan - hold back on functionality and release it later to boost product uptake.
