Posted by: path1k
Posted by: Oh GodLike One They would rather ban posts in an attempt to publically humiliate someone than educate and actually moderate the forum. If posts are considered "harmful" why not remove the content ... why not quote a statement of practice along with the ban and/or thread lock (perhaps setting the expcted tone for everyone else in the process). Its the same with their game designs - pure arrogance. Ban and then 'no discussion will be entered into'. It was funny when 343 made the remark that some bans had been issued due to faults within actual game code.
apparently quoting someone who posts inappropriate content is prohibited, achy never said anything about that in the forum rules
lol ... yeah, got told the very same thing. It appears we need to thoroughly investigate the author of each post before replying ... they must be joking?!? If it is so easy to tell why dont the lazy site managers pick it up when they create the link to the adbot homepage ... honestly, talk about not taking any responsibility. Expect a ban ... in the past 13 pages in this thread can anyone say there is not a single 'prohibited' content? What about hijacked accounts ... again, who manages the security ?!? [edit: ironic - created a thread warning posts to beware of this outcome ... and it gets locked ?!? - do bungie even want people to know, or they just out for ban-jollies] [Edited on 01.02.2013 3:58 AM PST]
