Most big gaming companies have an office phone number for technical support. Except for bungie. For some reason they think its ok to hide behind a 3 year old auto response that doesn't even answer any questions about their most recent products. As far as I'm concerned, I've witnessed the -blam!-iest customer support on the planet from Bungie.net.

You have to throw money at the screen to get their phone number.
-
Bungies phone number is clearly 117-777-1337
-
I.. I was going to quickly find it, post how long it took and demean you for the waste of a post, but... I can't.. seem.. to find one, either..

It displays it on a screen-shot of Minatour, check out the games and click screenshots for minatour. It shows it on the one that says "Mayday! Call Bungie Software, (phone number)!"

Lol the webmaster. Anyway this thread probably doesn't belong in this forum but that's ok. You're obviously new so I'll try to help you. I am not a Bungie employee but I will attempt to answer your question or point you in the direction of someone who can. So what is it? [Edited on 12.15.2010 10:31 AM PST]

I have a problem getting online with Reach but dont know what to do for help, i cant even find a way to make my own topic on this site. I could phone microsoft but will they be able to help me with this?
-
You mean the email address with the three year old auto response that has all the information for halo 3 but no information on halo reach? yeah, tried that. Twice now, no response from the so called "webmaster" notice the forum post name, "what is bungies PHONE NUMBER?"
-
If you're talking about tech support for the games, that's on Microsoft's shoulders, not Bungie's. If it's for the website, there's an email address and Stosh.
