A dark cloud is swirling above the Bungie Community. *UPDATE!*
After reading all this chaos about the leaks and spoilers, I am afraid there are only a few of us with virgin eyes. The spoiler links have become the devil himself, tempting us to click on the links. I almost fell to his trap, but I thought "No, just a couple more weeks. I can wait." We need to fight back Bungie Community. Cleanse Bungie.net from this infestation. Click on any forum post that contains spoiler links and report it. No more people shall fall into the hands of Linkifer (Lucifer).

If you haven't noticed already, people are sending private spoiler messages. I just got one, I didn't open it, but......the title WAS the spoiler. I am afraid to say that I no longer have virgin eyes. Click the option to block ALL messages in the messaging box. Have faith and hope my brethren. I know you can move on without me.

I know the rest of the multiplayer info, all the remaining maps. Hell I've watched a modder reveal the full armory to me (all I got to say to that is DAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYM thats a lot of armor). How dare these people betray the community and ruin the fun for the bungieverse. They shouldn't have used their hacking skills to steal reach. Bungie has worked their blam! off for years trying to make a great game for the community and for these people to betray this Legendary company is disgraceful. Bungie had this great plan for reach marketing and they wanted the best for the community, but a select few don't care and have ruined it for all. If I were Bungie I would tell everyone to BLAM off and not release the game for a very long time! I hope the hackers have their pants sued off! Rant over! [Edited on 08.23.2010 5:46 PM PDT]

Some a-hole didn't even put spoilers and didn't and described what happened in the link so it didn't matter that I didn't click it. It was a key plot point too, if true. He completely ruined that surprise for me.

I have only seen the leaks regarding the Armor perms and new maps. I havnt seen ANYTHING regarding campaign besides the beginning that was shown on gamescom

Everyone dies in the end, the final mission is you trying to escape an exploding covanant ship, in the end you just make it but you realize that the whole rest of Nobel team is dead, also in the trailer you are holding Jun's dogtags

Yeah, I was just enjoying a little light revelation on Reach. Oh, a Firefight vid, or ooh, here's a new map. But then, a stranger randomly posted spilers on campaign. No warning, just attacked me with them. I couldn't stop him. He had me in his hold, and he did what he wanted. Now I must bear it, and I'm starting to forget a little... I'll stop comparing spoilers to -blam!- now. Anyway, people like me who don't want to go dark simply have to run that risk. I want to talk about Reach. There's nothing I can do if someone posts spilers without warning. My eyes are vulnerable to that as long as I keep on reading. But it helps to jsut try and shrug it off, jsut try to forget, and tell yourself it won't change anything. Unless you're very in to campign, which thankfully isn't my biggest concern. Then you're in trouble.

my strategy is foolproof im going to pretend the leaks dont exist thus i will have no urge to check them out but im still careful about what links i open dont hit random leaks and only links relating to a certain topic of interest to back the users previous statement i will have nothing to to with spoilers!
