UNDO the December update; the crucible is ruined.
Ever since the December update that destroyed shotguns, & pulse rifles, (among other things) it came with a ton of bugs & frustrations. warlock melees are not registering, yet it takes your charge. fusion rifles magically are ruined & got stability & range nerfs including vex mythoclast. some guns are having trouble registering. skill based match making is also ruins by the crucible. shotguns are so erratic & are basically useless. why should you have to 2 shot someone with a shotgun? or melee? ITS A SHOTGUN!!! it's SUPPOSED to one shot, & if people complained about the felwinters, yeah, it better be better than your shotgun, I worked my ass off in iron banner to get it, so it SHOULD be better. Jesus Christ. blink is nerfed so bad so you can't blink towards someone & kill them efficiently. So that was a pointless nerf. shotgunning while everyone is constantly hard scoping with aim assist snipers & using last word or mida is cancerous. everyone is using it now. can we just go back to year 1? when destiny was balanced, fun, & unique? even nova bomb got nerfed, but shade step is still untouched. okay. bungie, restore shotguns & blink. your nerfs & constant changes aren't wanted nor are they needed. as a top destiny player, day 1 fan, & paying consumer, I beg you, we, beg you, restore the crucible to what it once was, before that December update, & leave it alone. restore the ammo crates. GOD. the crucible is ruined thanks to you, bungie. you should all be fired. thanks.

I think the reason so many dont like the current patch is because for the first time you truly have to rely on overall primary weapon skill. Honestly it doesnt matter if you play with a Mida, Last word, Hawksaw, doctrine, hardlight.... you now havento have some skill and awareness to be effective.

2 Replieshigh impact shotgun got no nerf only the mid/low impact got it pulse rife is fine only the other problems hit detection and and and is worse with patch 2.1 they are laying about fusion rifle buff and the small buff with ARs

Warlock melee don't register? Try blink strike activating with no dmg when you have backstab.

The primary balance is the best it's ever been. Mida is not in anyway OP. It's popular. Always has been and is a cult favourite since vanilla. TLW is only very slightly in the OP category. It's very easily countered. Like by putting away that shotgun, stop rushing and use a primary! It's range is balanced. The only thing that needs attention is sniping. Only needs a sway or similar. Nothing to drastic. Perhaps even to descope when getting headshot. This could apply to all weapons as well. Makes sense and is realistic.
