They're trying to encourage people to be more purposeful with their shot placement while using handcannons rather than spamming them. I still use my Timur's lash, and TBH, I totally forgot about my first curse. But both of those guns can still be dominant if used properly. If you still use HC in PVP, they can still be very good, but odds are, you are going to have to work harder for your kills than you would have to while using a pulse rifle or scout rifle. Frankly, I'm sick of it.[/quote] I'm never one to complain about specific weapons, and my above-mentioned Timur's Lash will dominate TLW fools at midrange due to its ability to 2 shot, but it is pretty ridiculous that there is a gun that rewards people for not trying to aim. IMO they need to make the gun have a slightly bigger spread than the width of a guardian so that they actually have a chance to miss when spamming bullets everywhere.
