Unfortunately bungie doesn't support cross platform play and this is a service they cannot provide for you either. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12219 PS3<->PS4 Xbox 360<->Xbox One Each console has their own set of characters and weapons and progress. You'll have to start fresh.
