Gonna list the nerfs below.
1.1.1
Reduce effective range
Damage falloff starts closer to the shooter, and follow up shots are less accurate at long ranges
Slight reduction to initial accuracy
2.0
Damage Falloff distance has been reduced to be closer to the player to limit long range lethality
Accuracy while in Aim-Down-Sights reduced slightly, making long range snap-shooting less reliable
Accuracy when firing from hip is reduced
Magazine Size reduced on all base stat settings
Base Optics (zoom) reduced so Aiming Down Sights grants more width (in favor for depth)
Now for the buffs.

Proposal
I feel like the 1.2.0.5 Hand Canon's could now work in the game, with the recent Pulse Rifle, Auto Rifle and Scout Rifle buffs. But I'll propose what I think needs to be buffed in Hand Canon's for sure.
- Magazine Size increased on all base stat settings (Back to the 1.2.0.5 patch.)
There entire purpose of nerfing the ammo capacity was so that Scout Rifle's could compete with them in PvE, but don't make Hand Canon's so under-powered like they are now!
That'd be 40% back to what they were... I don't really know what the others would do. Anyway, post what you think!

If they go back welcome to destiny:the land of pistols edition. Why not make it so there are more viable gun choices?
