This would make cloaks slightly more cosmetic, (still think they shouldn't matter but still) and let people use guns like the Kvostov in the raid. Think of all the guns you have that are useful! Remember in the beta when the shingen c was dominating? Remember how no one uses it now because it is (a, and auto) and b, bc it's a blue? Making blues, greens, and whites relevant would mean that the only difference between the rarities would be the #of perks and the stat rolls. Therefore, legendaries would be still the best, but if there was a blue that you really wanted to use, you could use it without dropping your light by 50. Thoughts?
