So basically every time I go to the Cryptarch and I try to decode an Engram it just gives me XP towards the Cryptarch clan or something like that, but I haven't gotten XP towards my character at all. I've tried 6 Engrams so far and the same thing has happened for all 6. I have an Exotic Engram that I really wanna open but I know I can't because of this glitch. I've tried making a new character and it just does the same thing. Is there anyway to fix this because this is extremely bad.
