THE VANITY and UFFERN HC4 locking up the game.

Destiny locks up mid explosion (randomly) when I use either of these Hand Cannons:
FWC's THE VANITY
Armsday's Uffern HC4
The similarities between the two is that they both have "Luck in the Chamber" & "Firefly".
I do not presume to know if these are in fact the problem. However it is infuriating when the game locks up while I'm in the middle of a Strike, etc.
Troubleshooting info:
Xbox One
Cable Internet (50 Mbps) with Open NAT and wired connection.
