Is there any way to Contact Bungie other than here,
or Twitter? I have some questions that only Bungie can answer and I don't think either Here or Twitter will be a good way of getting them answered...

Nope. The best way according to them is by using the help forum. I assume like you said Twitter may also work, though they always suggest their forums
