8+ group raid The Division
Tom clancys The division is looking like it's going to have raid like mission's where the creators have stated that it will have multiple group raid like missions that can have 8 players or maybe more in one team. Wow! I'm looking forward to that game coming out but can u imagine that many people on a mic at once trying to work together. I have trouble now finding a fireteam that works together.

I agree, teamwork can be an issue with the wrong people. and 8 people trying to coordinate and communicate while speaking over each other is just not something I would like to think about. I believe if you really wanted to try something, you could split the team up into red team and blue team. you could have a team chat and a group chat. if you need to communicate with the other team just go into team chat, and the commander, captain, intimediary or chosen person will be able to communicate to the other team; That way coordination and communication could have a better chance.
