Valorous and Notorious Glitched?
I'm rank 2 in vanguard and rank 1 in crucible on my Xbox One but I haven't unlocked these yet. I know in the past it was in relation to crucible/vanguard marks since I played it on the PS4 but I'm confused on what to do here now!
