Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. You take a month off, leaving the servers to fend for themselves, leaving your entire community drowning in the bugs and glitches, and THAT is your weekly update? You say you're "silently listening while you work" but that can't possibly be the case, since not ONE of the points in the update was anything to do with what has been in the forums for the last month. Did you address the cheating in the crucible? No. You changed Iron Banner to Rift because no one plays it and your numbers are low. Have you taken steps to improve communication with the players? No. You're still "silently listening." Translation: "We're not listening, but we need to PR you into thinking we are." You even threw in some horribly lame excuses for the unprecedentedly terrible lag and matchmaking. A "new matchmaking algorithm"? Really? That's the best you could come up with? Do you think we actually believe this is all "part of the plan?" Matchmaking is not bad because you use some "super secret mathematics" to put the teams together. If that actually were the case, why do the teams STILL end up so one-sided? Matchmaking is bad because no one plays the crucible, so you have to open up matchmaking to the entire world in order to find enough people to play a match. No one plays the crucible because of the lag and the cheaters. Want people to play crucible? Fix the lag and the cheating. Oh! What's that? You're working on something that is intended to help with the lag .. somewhat... maybe... if you can get it to... but you'll give us full details when... ... when you can come up with a good enough story. Sigh. Stop insisting on "looking perfect" and "being right" for just a second, step down off that pedestal, and actually communicate to us. The crap is getting old.
